- antibody-DNA conjugate: the sensitivity booster
- coating buffer: especially for antibody immobilization
- blocking buffer: developed for high sensitive immunoassays
- washing buffers: no unspecific binding
- conjugate dilution buffer: for optimal performance
- sample dilution buffer: for minimized matrix effects
- microplate material: one plate for immunoassay and PCR step
- real-time PCR mastermix, including primers and probe: no unspecific amplification
- detailed protocol: helps you to optimize your own assay
PLEASE NOTE: The development kit is NOT an optimized, ready-to-use off-the-shelf kit and is NOT suited for any kind of valid bioanalytical measurements. This Imperacer® assay development kit does NOT contain capture antibodies, detection antibodies and standards.
