Imperacer® Workstation

The Imperacer® Workstation bundle is designed for cost-effective Imperacer® bioanalysis (maximum throughput of 2000 data points / week). The package is designed to perfectly conduct Imperacer® assays in the daily laboratory routine and summarizes Chimera Biotec´s 10 year experience in Imperacer® assay development and routine bioanalysis.


The Imperacer® Workstation comprises the following components:


Imperacer® Workstation - Hardware

  • Imperacer® Reader: The core component of any Imperacer® workstation is an Imperacer®-enabled PCR Cycler.
  • Imperacer® Washer: The Imperacer® Washer is a combination of speed, simplicity and performance and has diverse assay protocols and programs.
  • Imperacer® enabled PC with Monitor, Keyboard and Mouse: The workstation comes equipped with a controlling PC for data collection and initial analysis.
  • Table top lab equipment: To comply with the requirements of an ultra-sensitive Imperacer® immunoassay, the table top equipment comprises a Microplate Shaker, Thermomixer, Mini-centrifuge and Vortex.
  • Imperacer® Singlechannel Pipette: This set of pipettes has proven to be a very useful tool for precise handling.
  • Imperacer® Multichannel Pipette: These adjustable pipettes have proven to be very useful tools for precise sample transfer from standard cup formats to Imperacer® microplate formats.

Imperacer® Workstation - Initial Equipment

The Initial Equipment, composed by Chimera Biotec, is intended to ensure minimal sensitivity loss and limited reagent adhesion to plastic surfaces.

Imperacer® Workstation - Imperacer® assay development kit

Chimera offers Imperacer® assay developments kits in combination with a training by an Imperacer® specialist. The customer learns to develop his own ultra-sensitive assay from scratch by using biotinylated detection antibodies.



Imperacer® Workstation - PCR Maintenance Kit

The PCR maintenance kit is designed for first time initialization and optimal inspection of the Imperacer reader performance in planned intervals.
